Reviews and Ratings
Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was convenient for exploring Viejo Vallarta and the Malecón, the rooms left much to be desired with strong odors and poor sound insulation. The service, on the other hand, was friendly and accommodating. The dining experience had its challenges for non-Spanish speakers but offered a decent selection. The facilities were adequate, and the price was somewhat reflective of the value provided.
The hotel is ideally located near the seaside, just a block from the beach and close to the Spanish Experience Centre and restaurants. The rooms were quite humid and dark even with all the lights on, but the service was top-notch with extremely courteous staff. The dining experience offered nice but not elaborate options, and the location was excellent for exploring the area.
The hotel had a superb location, making it ideal for exploring Viejo Vallarta and the Malecón on foot. Despite the tired appearance and lack of charm, the hotel's affordability in such a prime area was its saving grace. However, the dining options left much to be desired, with limited variety and higher prices for what was offered.
